About the position

Health Choice Urgent Care has been proudly providing top-ranked patient care to Greater Atlanta communities since 2016. Paramedics are critical to the success of our clinical teams and crucial to providing fast, friendly, and affordable healthcare at our seven Health Choice Urgent Care centers. In partnership with Northside Hospital, Health Choice offers onsite digital X-ray, EKG, and common laboratory assays. Our centers are open 7 days per week, 8AM - 8PM. Learn and practice advanced skills under the direction of our providers. You are trained and trusted with a wider scope of practice including injections, EKGs, and orthopedic care. Triage patients, take vital signs, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver excellent care. Apply splints and wound dressings, collect and record the results of various laboratory tests, administer oral and injectable medications. Make a difference in our patients' lives every shift.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Requirement of a GED or high school diploma.
• Paramedic (EMT-P) certification required.
• Reliable transportation.
• Availability to work weekends.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Desire to work in a fast-paced, teamwork-driven environment.
