Responsibilities

  • Greet passengers and provide a seamless check-in and ticketing experience.
  • Utilize reservation/ticketing software to rebook itineraries and issue boarding passes.
  • Assist passengers with their luggage, lifting bags weighing up to 75 pounds onto the belt.
  • Provide courteous, efficient, and friendly service to customers.
  • Engage in on-the-job training and development programs to enhance career growth.

Requirements

  • Must be able to carry, bend, lift and turn with bags weighing up to 75 pounds.
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent required.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
