About the position

The Part-time Recruiter will play a crucial role in supporting the recruitment efforts of a commercial-stage biopharmaceutical company. This position involves managing the entire recruitment process for various roles, including clinical, sales, medical affairs, and commercial positions. The recruiter will partner with hiring managers to align recruitment strategies with business objectives and ensure the acquisition of top talent to support the company's growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and provide guidance on recruitment strategies.
• Ensure alignment of recruitment efforts with business objectives.
• Provide recommendations on compensation and benefits offerings to ensure market competitiveness.
• Utilize technology effectively to enhance the recruitment and onboarding experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong understanding of the Biotech/Pharma or Life Sciences recruiting environment.
• At least 3 years of industry experience in recruitment.
• Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
• Familiarity with JazzHR is a plus.
