Responsibilities

• Generate and analyze budget reports to track financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare and review P&L reports to monitor revenue, expenses, and profitability.
• Collaborate with the tax and finance teams to ensure compliance with all financial regulations and requirements.
• Manage reporting processes and provide timely updates on financial metrics to key stakeholders.
• Oversee and track all expenses for the company, ensuring accuracy and adherence to budget guidelines.
• Assist in developing financial strategies to support the company's growth objectives.
• Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making and optimize resource allocation.
• Perform ad-hoc financial tasks and projects as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting.
• Strong understanding of budget reports, P&L reports, and financial statements.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, Excel, and Google sheets.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
• Flexibility to work 25-32 hours per week in a hybrid setting.
• Knowledge of state compliance.
