About the position

The part-time Customer Service Associate at Bank of Luxemburg plays a crucial role in supporting the company's mission to positively impact people's lives. This position involves greeting customers, processing transactions, and promoting bank services while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The associate will work 15-30 hours per week, including some Saturday mornings, and will be responsible for various banking tasks and customer interactions.

Responsibilities

• Process Teller Transactions including savings, checking, and time deposit transactions.
• Process customer loan payments and cash advance requests.
• Balance and verify cash drawer and wrap coin and currency.
• Assist with daily imaging processing and maintain branch ATM/ITM machine.
• Perform branch opening and closing duties and maintain postage stamp inventory.
• Order checks and deposit tickets for customers and assist with imaging research.
• Identify and report potential fraudulent customer activity and evaluate transaction holds when necessary.
• Assist customers with safe deposit box access and online banking inquiries.
• Promote bank products and services and refer customers to appropriate departments.
• Answer incoming phone inquiries and direct customers to the appropriate personnel.

Requirements

• Strong people skills required.
• Cash handling and problem-solving experience desired.
• Previous customer service experience is preferred.
• Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Ability to handle confidential information and represent the company positively.
