Responsibilities
- Engage with the child in age-appropriate activities and outings.
- Create and maintain a daily routine for the child.
- Support the child's development through structured play and learning activities.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding the child's progress and needs.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant paid childcare experience after the age of 18.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Ability to provide stellar professional references.
- Legally eligible to work in the United States.
- Willingness to accept a payroll (W-2) position.
- Willingness to undergo criminal background checks.
- Intermediate to advanced English communication skills.
- Access to email and a device that supports Zoom.
