This role involves merchandising, creating, and building displays within your territory to enhance the shopper experience. You will work independently, manage your time effectively, and establish relationships with retailers while collaborating with local store teams to optimize product placement and maintain inventory levels.

Responsibilities

• Perform service work in the Hallmark department of various retail stores.
• Restock, organize, and monitor the inventory of Hallmark products using a mobile device.
• Engage professionally with store employees, management, and customers.
• Support holiday operations by working additional days and extended hours during peak seasons.
• Participate in department resets and installations, including building and relocating card departments.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English.
• Capable of lifting and carrying products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to operate hand-held technology for communication and reporting.
• Access to a Wi-Fi network and reliable transportation.
