About the position

The Partner Sales Director is responsible for developing and executing the company's global partner strategy. The position reports to the CEO and is a direct manager to regional Partner Sales directors who reports to him/her. Key measurements of success will be indirect sales bookings, new logo acquisition, partner-generated leads, new partners recruitment per company strategy, certification, and quality. The role will oversee the end-to-end partnership including all types of partners (resellers, SI, consulting) relationships, building the Actimize offering to partners, marketing/GTM approach and general thought leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage the Business Partner Program globally.
  • Work across functional teams such as marketing, product, professional services, and sales to identify, recruit and enable partners to support the go to market plan.
  • Provide operational support, partner marketing and lead management through business partners.
  • Align with the regional sales and indirect sales of NICE Actimize solutions through local reseller partners in various regions.
  • Strategize, plan and execute joint marketing campaigns with global and local reseller partners.
  • Identify and structure proposals for recruiting solution resellers.
  • Manage alliances of a select number of strategic Global partners.
  • Build innovative new partnering models.

Requirements

  • 12-15+ years of Partner Sales experience from companies.
  • Demonstrated success recruiting, developing, and selling technology solutions through partners/SI alliances for at least five years on a global level.
  • Demonstrated success in managing partners program of a technology company.
  • Demonstrated success with formulating and executing Go To Market strategies in global and local regions.
  • Direct/field sales experiences in financial solutions.
  • Experience working with senior leaders, establishing credibility, and building trust.
  • Experiences in working with people across diverse geographies/cultures.
  • Ability to work through ambiguity and be focused on the business objectives.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills are required.
  • Must be willing to travel.
