About the position
The Parts E-Commerce Sales Associate at Sanderson Ford and Parts Mart is responsible for processing online and phone orders from wholesale customers in a fast-paced environment. This role offers opportunities for career advancement and overtime, while focusing on providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with clients.
Responsibilities
- Process parts orders from independent repair facilities, collision centers, and fleets/municipalities over the phone, through email, and inside online web portals.
- Offer related parts sales based on what the customer is ordering.
- Advocate for great customers, and build relationships with them.
- Monitor and complete necessary invoices, purchase orders, and credits in a timely manner.
- Support co-workers to help provide the best customer service in the parts industry.
Requirements
- Full-time position - 8 hours per day with a 60-minute lunch.
- Computer and phone use required for job - must be proficient with both.
- Prior automotive parts experience required.
- Team oriented and flexible, focused on maintaining a high level of customer service.
- Background check and drug test required - this is a safety-sensitive position.
