About the position

The Seasonal Team Member at Party City is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and executing best-in-class sales strategies. This role focuses on creating a friendly and engaging shopping experience for customers, both in-store and curbside. Team Members are expected to work collaboratively to meet sales and service targets while leveraging technology to enhance customer interactions. The position requires adaptability and strong communication skills to effectively manage daily operations and support new team members.

Responsibilities

  • Execute best in class sales and service strategies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service behaviors to guests.
  • Deliver a customer-friendly in-store and curbside shopping experience.
  • Leverage technology to enhance customer service for internal and external customers.
  • Manage and plan daily and weekly workload to meet store sales goals and customer engagement.
  • Assist the Store Team Leader in onboarding and mentoring new Team Members.
  • Role model behaviors connected to Friendly, Easy, and Accurate service.
  • Support an environment that promotes engagement.

Requirements

  • Prior retail management experience is preferred.
  • Ability to lead a team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills to build relationships with staff and customers.
