As a Seasonal Team Member at Party City, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and sales strategies that align with our customer-first philosophy. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that every customer has a friendly, easy, and accurate shopping experience, whether they are shopping in-store or utilizing curbside pickup. You will be part of a dynamic team that is dedicated to creating lasting memories for our customers by providing them with the celebration products and services they need. In this role, you will leverage technology to enhance the customer service experience, demonstrating a proactive attitude in overcoming obstacles to bring joy to our customers. You will be expected to master all Balloon and Omni channel service platforms, which include in-store pickup, delivery, and curbside pickup. Your ability to manage and plan daily and weekly workloads will be essential in meeting store sales goals and engaging customers effectively. Additionally, you will assist the Store Team Leader and Leads in onboarding and mentoring new team members, ensuring that everyone embodies the friendly, easy, and accurate service model that Party City stands for. Your adaptability and strong communication skills will be vital in building relationships with both your team and customers, fostering an environment that promotes engagement and satisfaction.
