About the position

In this role, you will be responsible for executing best-in-class sales and service strategies that prioritize customer satisfaction. Team Members are expected to provide exceptional customer service behaviors, ensuring that the customer is at the forefront of every action. You will create a friendly in-store and curbside shopping experience, leveraging technology to enhance service for both internal and external customers. A positive attitude and a commitment to overcoming obstacles to bring joy to customers are essential. Additionally, you will be part of a team that meets sales, profit, and service targets while adhering to key Balloon & Omni strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Execute best in class sales and service strategies.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service behaviors to put the customer first.
  • Provide a customer-friendly in-store and curbside shopping experience.
  • Leverage technology to enhance customer service experiences.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and overcome obstacles to delight customers.
  • Master all Balloon & OMNI channel service platforms, including in-store pickup and delivery.
  • Manage and plan daily and weekly workloads to meet store sales goals.
  • Assist in onboarding and mentoring new Team Members.
  • Role model behaviors connected to Friendly, Easy, and Accurate service.
  • Support an engaging work environment.

Requirements

  • Prior retail management experience.
  • Ability to lead a team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Obsessed with ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Adaptable to manage daily changes through the team.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships.
