Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college experience preferred.
• Minimum of three years of experience in healthcare financial counseling preferred.
• Strong organization and customer service skills.
• Typing speed of 35 wpm required.
• Excellent analytical skills and proficiency with Microsoft applications (Outlook and Excel).
• Must pass competency tests on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

• Work with physician offices, Huntington's ancillary departments, Case Management, and Business Office to provide an exceptional patient experience.
• Project a positive and upbeat attitude while working with minimal supervision.
• Greet patients with a courteous and professional demeanor to obtain feedback on their hospital experience.
• Float to all areas within Patient Access as needed.
