Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of office support tasks under general supervision of the Team Leader, Rehab Operations.
• Coordinate various patient care processes in accordance with established Rehabilitation Services department policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High school graduate or GED is required.
• Associate's Degree preferred or equivalent demonstrated work experience.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.
• Proficient keyboarding skills are essential.
• Computer experience is a must.
• Strong reasoning and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Over three years of related medical office work experience.
• Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID-19 virus or be exempt from the requirement.
