About the position

The Patient Benefits Case Manager will be responsible for assisting clients in navigating various healthcare benefits and insurance programs. This role involves educating clients about their options and evaluating their eligibility for programs such as Medicare, Medicaid, and Minnesota Care, as well as other employer or private insurance resources.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Purchased Referred Care program to assist clients.
• Educate clients about available healthcare benefits and insurance options.
• Evaluate client eligibility for Medicare, Medicaid, Minnesota Care, and other insurance programs.
• Provide alternate resources for applicants seeking healthcare benefits.

Requirements

• Experience in case management or healthcare benefits administration.
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance programs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
