Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to patients.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 5+ years in healthcare customer service or 2+ years in patient intake/registration.
  • Proficiency in insurance verification (Commercial, Medi-Cal, Medicare).
  • Experience with electronic health records (EPIC preferred).
  • Bilingual skills in English and Spanish/Tagalog/Armenian/Korean are a plus.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with medical terminology (3 years preferred).
  • Computer skills (2 years preferred).
