About The Position
Chewy is looking for a Payroll System Analyst who will work collaboratively with the Payroll team and management to ensure efficient payroll processes while staying aligned with all regulations and policies. This individual will serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), coordinate payroll projects, and identify process improvement opportunities. The Payroll System Analyst will specialize in troubleshooting complex payroll system and reporting updates, issues, and inquiries, and may also work with partners in Accounting, Human Resources, Third Party Vendors, and other internal departments on various initiatives.
