About the position

Responsibilities

• Manage project timelines and task assignments for successful project completion.

• Extract and arrange data to enable intuitive insights and conclusions.
• Stay updated with trends in data, security, and governance.

Requirements

• 6+ years of industry experience in HR data solutions.
• Strong understanding of the HR data landscape and related processes.
• Expertise in analyzing and utilizing people-related data.
• Ability to build relationships with stakeholders and manage expectations.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools, including SQL.
• Effective communication skills to articulate clear messages.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including data scientists and engineers.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, data science, or related field.

• Knowledge of agile development methodologies.
