About the position
NewYork-Presbyterian is renowned for its advanced diagnostic care, and as a Per Diem CT Technologist, you will play a vital role in this mission. In this position, you will operate CT equipment and utilize your expertise in Radiology Information Systems, PACSs, and digital data transfer processes. You will work under the direction of a radiologist and the supervision of a department supervisor, contributing to the diagnosis of complex cases. This role is critical in maintaining the high standards of quality expected in a world-class clinical environment. As a CT Technologist, you will assist in diagnosing rare and intricate conditions, expanding your knowledge alongside some of the most respected professionals in the field. This is a per diem position, meaning you will work on an as-needed basis, with shifts varying, primarily on weekends. The position offers a sign-on bonus based on your years of experience, ranging from $2,000 for those with 0-2 years of experience to $5,000 for those with 5 or more years. Responsibilities
- Operate CT equipment under the direction of a radiologist.
- Utilize knowledge of Radiology Information Systems and PACSs.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school of Radiology.
- New York State License in Radiologic Technology.
- American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification in CT.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a CT role.
