About the position
HealthTrust Workforce Solutions HCA is seeking a per diem Registered Nurse (RN) for the Emergency Department (ED) in Marion, North Carolina. The position offers flexible scheduling with the potential for up to 36 hours of work per week, including both day and night shifts. Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department.
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor and document patient progress and responses to treatment.
Requirements
- A degree from an accredited school of nursing.
- Current State Nursing License in North Carolina.
- Minimum of 1 year of acute care experience in a hospital setting.
- Appropriate certifications for the specific position.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in emergency nursing or critical care settings.
- Advanced certifications such as ACLS or PALS.
