About the position

National Vision, Inc. is seeking a results-driven Manager of Digital Marketing to lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of our paid digital and paid social media programs. Reporting to the Director of Media, this role plays a critical part in driving both top-line revenue growth and appointments to our website. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in digital marketing, a deep understanding of paid media strategies, and a proven track record of collaborating with external agencies to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive paid digital and social media strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and growth in digital marketing efforts.
  • Oversee day-to-day management of paid digital campaigns (Search, Display, Video, and Programmatic).
  • Develop, execute and optimize paid search campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and other platforms to drive customer acquisition, revenue and grow brand visibility.
  • Lead paid social campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and emerging channels.
  • Optimize campaigns to improve ROI, drive site traffic, and increase appointment bookings.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for our digital marketing agency, ensuring alignment on strategy, execution, and performance metrics.
  • Provide guidance and feedback to ensure campaigns meet quality standards and deliver results.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights.
  • Prepare regular reports for leadership showcasing KPIs, trends, and recommendations for optimization.
  • Work closely with internal teams (Creative, E-commerce, Analytics, IT) to align messaging, targeting, and customer experience.
  • Collaborate with the broader marketing team to ensure integrated and cohesive marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of digital marketing experience, with a focus on paid digital and social media.
  • Four year college degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Nice-to-haves

  • Master's Degree.
  • Experience working with or managing digital marketing agencies.
  • Experience in the retail, healthcare, or optical industries.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager and Workfront.
