Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing timely and professional responses to inquiries.
  • Address and resolve client issues or concerns with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Assist clients with travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and itineraries.
  • Research and recommend travel options based on client preferences and budget.
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating with other team members.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation, reports, and presentations as required.
  • Accurately input and update data into company systems and databases.
  • Maintain organized records and ensure data integrity.
  • Provide support to senior consultants and other team members as needed.
  • Assist with project coordination and follow-up tasks.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer service, administrative support, or related fields.
  • Experience with travel booking and planning is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
