About the position

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support our executive team in daily administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, adaptable, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage executive calendars, appointments, and meetings
  • Handle travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as needed
  • Assist in email and phone correspondence, ensuring timely responses
  • Organize and maintain files, records, and confidential documents
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders
  • Perform general administrative tasks to support daily operations
  • Manage office supplies, expenses, and other operational needs
  • Conduct research and compile information for various projects

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • High level of discretion and professionalism
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Prior experience in an administrative or personal assistant role is preferred
