The individual must adhere to Universal Precautions and Infection Control Policies, including established hand washing procedures and the proper use of PPE. The position also involves reporting accidents/incidents, using safety equipment, and completing assignments within guidelines set by the supervisor. The role may require versatility in covering various functions and shifts, including driving Heritage vehicles for errands and maintaining good rapport with inter-departmental personnel. Participation in in-service education and maintaining confidentiality of resident care information is also essential.
