Personal Lines Account Manager- Hybrid

Responsibilities

• Make coverage recommendations to customer and cross-sell and upsell when necessary
• Prepare and lead renewal meetings based on customer needs
• Perform all clerical duties related to customer support
• Provide support to the Sales team
• Foster and seek relationships with teammates across all levels of Brown & Brown
• Ensure compliance with government agencies and corporate policies and procedures
• Attend training sessions, courses, etc. to maintain up-to-date skills
• Always conduct the highest level of confidentiality

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent, required
• 2+ years Personal Lines experience, required
• Property & Casualty License, required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, required
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills, required

Nice-to-haves

• Associate's or bachelor's degree in a business or finance-related discipline, preferred
• Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish, a plus
