About the position

Dungarvin assists people with intellectual disabilities, developmental disabilities, physical disabilities, autism and/or mental health diagnosis in a variety of programs with a focus on person centered practices. We encourage people served to explore their dreams while our employees provide support in making meaningful decisions and providing active treatment at each opportunity. This position is a live-in opportunity with a salary of up to $68,000 per year, offering 3 weeks of Paid Time Off (PTO), free room and board, and utilities paid.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal and companion care to individuals with disabilities in a residential setting.
• Assist individuals in enhancing their quality of life both at home and in the community.
• Support services and assistance to individuals in their homes or in the community.
• Create lasting positive impacts on people's lives through coaching, mentoring, and encouragement.
