Pest Control Technician - Sentricon

About the position

Arrow Exterminators is seeking a full-time Pest Control Technician - Sentricon to deliver exceptional service to residential and commercial pest control customers. The role involves the installation, inspection, monitoring, and maintenance of Sentricon termite bait station systems, with a focus on building long-term client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Provide installation, inspection, monitoring, and maintenance of Sentricon termite bait station systems.
• Service and inspect customer Sentricon termite bait stations.
• Locate installed stations and inspect bait station conditions for active or previous termite activity.
• Repair or replace damaged or missing components of bait stations.
• Document service findings and provide reports to customers.
• Collect service payments from customers and address their questions and concerns.
• Maintain equipment and company vehicle in proper operating condition.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Possess a valid Driver's License.
• Ability to pass and maintain any state regulatory agency required licensing/certification exams.
• Ability to work at least 40 hours per week.
• No experience necessary; training will be provided.
