About the position

Wise Pest Control is seeking a motivated and experienced Pest Control Technician to provide high-quality pest control services to both residential and commercial clients. The role involves performing specialized pest control treatments, conducting inspections, and ensuring customer satisfaction while adhering to industry standards and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Perform specialized pest control treatments, including rodent, mosquito, and termite management.
• Conduct comprehensive inspections to identify pest issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Deliver high-quality exclusion work backed by a lifetime warranty to prevent pest entry.
• Maintain, install, and operate pest control equipment according to company and regulatory standards.
• Perform attic insulation removal and replacement when required, following industry safety protocols.
• Keep detailed records of treatments performed, materials used, and follow-up schedules.
• Communicate effectively with clients, addressing their concerns and explaining services.
• Adhere to safety and compliance protocols when handling and applying pest control materials.
• Participate in continuous training to stay updated on the latest industry techniques and compliance standards.

Requirements

• Pest control experience is a MUST.
• Branch II license required; Branch III license preferred.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record with no DUIs.
• Strong communication skills and a knack for customer service.
• Physical stamina for climbing ladders, lifting equipment, and tackling varied weather conditions.
• Comfort in tight spaces, crawlspaces, attics, and on ladders or roofs.
• Flexibility to work occasional weekends.
• A clean background (background check required) and reliable references.

Nice-to-haves
