About the position
We are looking to hire new team members in the Augusta, Evans, and Grovetown areas for our established Pet Sitting/Dog Walking company. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about animals, particularly dogs and cats. We have both part-time and full-time positions available, and we are seeking candidates who are over 21 years old and possess their own reliable transportation. Previous experience with animals is required, especially in handling large dogs on a leash. As a Pet Care Specialist/Dog Walker, you will be responsible for caring for pets in various ways, which includes traveling to different locations to provide services. This role demands a team player who is detail-oriented, capable of multi-tasking, and possesses excellent customer service skills. We offer flexible scheduling to accommodate your availability.
Responsibilities
- Travel to various locations to care for pets.
- Handle and walk large dogs on a leash.
- Provide pet care services including feeding, walking, and playtime.
- Maintain a high level of customer service while interacting with pet owners.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of pets in your care.
- Communicate effectively with team members and pet owners.
Requirements
- Must be over 21 years old.
- Valid Driver's License is required.
