About the position

Responsibilities
- Lead and direct pharmacy staff, including pharmacists and pharmacy technicians.
- Ensure patient safety and compliance with pharmacy professional practice standards.
- Oversee regulatory requirements and quality assurance processes.
- Manage customer service and personnel management within the pharmacy.
- Handle inventory management and financial profitability.
- Implement loss prevention strategies and workflow management.
- Motivate and develop pharmacy support staff through effective leadership.
- Identify business opportunities and implement solutions to drive growth.

Requirements
- Active Pharmacy License in the state of employment.
- Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List.
- Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (e.g., APhA).
- Listed as the 'pharmacist in charge' on the pharmacy state license.
- Submission of required documents to register for PMP access in states with active PMP for pharmacist use.
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree.
