Typical Responsibilities include but not limited to: • Sustaining high volume wafer manufacturing by providing technical expertise in photolithography processes • Developing improvements to manufacturing processes and modifications to production process flows to improve yield, quality, cost, and cycle time • Root cause investigation of discrepant material and implementation of quality improvement programs • Troubleshooting process shifts and applying SPC fundamentals to identify areas for improvement • Optimizing process to lower cost, maximize output, and match performance across tools • Qualifying new equipment and new processes • Analyzing cycle time and equipment overall operational efficiency.
