Requirements

• One year of related physical therapy experience for PTs entering home health care, or approval from regional clinical leaders if less than one year of experience.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Help patients maintain, restore, and improve movement, activity, and function.
• Provide interventions and conduct reexaminations every 30 days at minimum.
• Modify interventions as necessary and perform discharge planning.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
