In this role as a Physical Therapist (PT) at CommonSpirit Health Mountain Region, you will be responsible for providing a continuum of services to patients with neuromuscular, orthopedic, and other physically-related disorders. Your primary focus will be on mobility training, strengthening exercises, modalities, specialized manual therapy, and neuromuscular reeducation. You will utilize the rehabilitation process to promote and restore optimal health and well-being for your patients. This position requires a commitment to the organizational mission and core values, ensuring that you provide high-quality care while fostering a supportive environment for both patients and colleagues. As a Physical Therapist, you will work closely with orthopedic physicians, particularly in a high case-mix of post-operative care. The role involves direct patient care in both outpatient and inpatient settings, and you will be expected to maintain accurate patient records using electronic medical records (EMR). The position is structured around 10-hour shifts from Monday to Thursday, and there is an openness to training new graduates who are eager to learn and grow in their careers. Your expertise in dry needling and manual therapy will be particularly valuable in this role, as you will be expected to apply these techniques to enhance patient recovery and rehabilitation outcomes.
