Responsibilities

• Mentors and provides oversight to new caregivers and therapy assistants.
• Recommends and participates in the development of new services and quality improvement activities.
• Participates in staff meetings and educational in-services.

Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy accredited by the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education or closely related field.
• Physical Therapist License in the State of Oregon.
• Basic Life Support certification required upon hire.
