About The Position

The Rehabilitation Aide position at Athletico is designed to support physical therapists and patient experience coordinators by performing both administrative and clinical duties. Requirements

• High school graduate or intern preferred.
• Previous Clinical Aide or Rehab Tech experience preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
• Attention to detail and time management skills are required.
• Ability to demonstrate compassion toward patients.

Nice To Haves

• Basic knowledge of office equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares patients for physical therapy treatments by assisting with supportive devices.
• Safeguards, motivates, and assists patients during exercises and functional activities under professional staff direction.
• Provides routine treatments such as hot/cold packs and other modalities like Ultrasounds and Electrical stimulation.
• Cleans work area and equipment after treatment sessions.
• Maintains linens and restocks supplies in the clinic.
• Assists the patient experience coordinator with answering phones, scheduling appointments, and filing paperwork.
• Tracks and orders non-medical and medical supplies for the clinic.
