About the position

The Physical Therapy Aide at The Rehab Room LLC is responsible for assisting with patient care and supporting clinic operations under the supervision of licensed clinicians. This role involves direct patient interaction, equipment setup, and maintaining a clean and organized clinic environment. Responsibilities

• Assist with patient care and key activities that keep the clinic running efficiently.
• Provide direct patient care and support under the supervision of licensed clinicians.
• Safely set up and adjust exercise equipment, instructing and monitoring exercise performance.
• Help provide prescribed home exercise programs and assist with therapeutic modalities delivery.
• Greet and interact with patients warmly during check-in and throughout their appointments.
• Provide effective verbal and visual cues to ensure patients complete exercises correctly.
• Maintain overall tidiness of the clinic, following cleaning and sanitation protocols.
• Order and stock clinic supplies, ensuring equipment is clean and functioning properly.
• Communicate effectively with management regarding planned or unplanned absences.
• Support and execute company initiatives as directed by Operations leadership.

Requirements

• Certified Personal Trainer certification
• Knowledge of anatomy and physiology
• Strong customer service skills
• High school diploma or GED
• Massage Therapy License (preferred)
• Physical Therapy License (preferred)
• 1 year of patient care experience
• Associate's degree in Health Sciences or related field (preferred)
• Knowledge of medical terminology
