About the position

Marshfield Clinic Health System in Marshfield, Wisconsin is seeking a BC/BE Otolaryngologist to join our busy, well-established, full-service otolaryngology department, which includes fellowship-trained surgeons. Our clinic boasts the longest continuously running ENT program in Wisconsin, providing a comprehensive array of cases and a full scope ENT practice. The ideal candidate will have advanced training or experience in Laryngology or Otology, although this is not a strict requirement. The position offers a well-established referral base from across the Marshfield Clinic Health System, ensuring a steady flow of patients. The work environment is collegial, with exceptional support from dedicated, well-trained staff. The call coverage is 1:4, supplemented by Physician Assistant support. The clinic space has been fully remodeled and is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment, including two dedicated procedure rooms. Additionally, the department has three Physician Assistants, an adjacent Audiology Department, and onsite Speech Pathology services that perform swallowing studies. A Vestibular Lab is also available for dizziness testing. Collaboration is a key aspect of this role, as the Otolaryngology department works closely with Plastic Surgery, Pathology, Oncology, Ophthalmology, Neurology, and over 170 other specialties and sub-specialties to support comprehensive patient care. In terms of compensation and benefits, the position offers a competitive two-year salary guarantee along with a potential recruitment bonus. New hires will receive four weeks of vacation and two weeks of Continuing Medical Education (CME) time to start, along with an annual CME allowance. Health, dental, life, disability, and occurrence-based malpractice insurance are also included, as well as relocation support. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology.
  • Advanced training or experience in Laryngology or Otology is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
