About the position

The Plan Sponsor Technology Coordinator at CVS Health is responsible for coordinating and managing team activities to ensure the timely delivery of multiple work sets within the Plan Sponsor domain. This role involves overseeing day-to-day business and program requests, managing financial records, facilitating communication among stakeholders, and ensuring adherence to the Enterprise Delivery Framework. The coordinator plays a crucial role in maintaining the health of the domain through analysis, reporting, and effective team management.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage team activities for quality on-time delivery of work sets.
  • Assist in managing day-to-day complex business and program requests.
  • Assess files, reports, and financial records, managing department record retention.
  • Create work request documentation for various delivery items.
  • Coordinate various functional teams, task assignments, and status gathering from team members.
  • Conduct meetings with stakeholders to review and prioritize work requests.
  • Facilitate weekly meetings to review delivery status, risks, and issues.
  • Manage financials for enhancements and baseline activities within the plan sponsor domain.
  • Participate in ongoing backlog work intake process.
  • Provide staffing forecasts and allocations in Clarity and maintain annual budgets.
  • Perform analysis and reporting to track overall domain health.
  • Lead and facilitate release tracking and communication, including weekend support.
  • Create, update, and maintain work product catalog and team meeting documents.
  • Audit team activities for completion of on-time delivery.
  • Review and communicate Enterprise Delivery Framework updates to the team.
  • Coach and mentor team members as needed.

Requirements

  • 5+ years' experience in business segment related to policy, benefits, and plan design.
  • 2-3 years of experience in the healthcare industry.
  • Experience with AGILE methodology and End to End Domain level Agile model.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Experience managing multiple work sets and maintaining annual budgets.
  • Working knowledge of business segment specific codes, products, and terminology.

  • Interpersonal, problem resolution, and critical thinking skills.
  • Proven ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong facilitation and organizational skills.

  • Ability to handle conflict management with grace.
  • At least 1 year of experience managing a production-oriented or delivery team.
  • Experience in Clarity or equivalent task and financial forecasting tool.
  • SAFE practices or able to work in SAFE practices with Agile methodologies.
  • Proven advanced problem-solving skills, independent worker and self-starter.
  • Advanced QuickBase skills for design and reporting.
