About The Position

The PLM Functional CPG Senior Consultant at Deloitte is responsible for transforming clients' value chains into competitive advantages through the implementation of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solutions. This role involves leading discussions with business users to understand their needs, translating those into SAP functionalities, and collaborating with technical architects to ensure scalable solutions. The consultant will leverage their expertise in consumer product goods and life sciences to drive efficiency and improve operational capabilities for clients.

Requirements

• CPG PLM experience with formulated products, including formula, recipe, and product compliance.
• S4 functional experience in EPD, Product compliance, and Product Data management.
• Consulting experience managing/executing at least 2 full digital transformation programs with S4 PLM.
• 6+ years of PLM experience.
• Experience using analytics and metrics to assess Manufacturing Performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Bachelor's Degree.

Nice To Haves

• 5+ years of experience in business requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, functional process design, system testing, and solution delivery.
• Experience in CAD integration, SAP MDG, and Quality Module.
• Experience with other PLM packages such as Windchill, Siemens, or Dassault.
• Master's degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead discussions with business users to understand their needs and requirements, translating them into SAP functionality.
• Collaborate with technical architects to ensure SAP solutions are technically feasible and scalable.
• Perform high-level functional architecture, analysis, research, and design for PLM solutions using S4 Hana.
• Promote and participate in forums for sharing expertise and resolving client challenges.
• Collaborate on innovative solutions to enhance the practice's future.
• Develop knowledge and gain project experience in PLM's newest and future solutions.
