The Port Inventory Specialist/Operations Lead at Beemac is responsible for overseeing daily operations related to material handling at the Port of Beemac in Leetsdale, PA. Responsibilities

• Reconcile inventory and perform data entry.
• Pre-bill invoices and ensure operational excellence.
• Guide loading crews based on work orders.
• Facilitate loading and offloading of materials to and from various transport methods.
• Maintain a safety culture among team members and report safety deficiencies.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.

Requirements

• Experience using Microsoft Office software, particularly Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to lift up to 65 lbs. frequently.
• Good customer service skills and a proven track record of working cross-functionally.
• Previous forklift experience is preferred.
• Must have a flexible schedule and relevant recent work history.
