About the position

As the manager of the Enterprise Fraud - Adapt team at PNC, you will lead a critical function responsible for fraud incident response, countermeasure implementation, and enterprise fraud reporting. This role requires strong leadership and managerial skills to drive team development and collaboration across various departments, ensuring effective fraud management and risk mitigation in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provides leadership and direction in the organization and techniques/methods for the team
  • Driving career development within the team
  • Developing partnerships with other EFO, security, technology, and product partners on comprehensive solutions
  • Direction and oversight of controls and risk management
  • Implement immediate fraud countermeasures to mitigate the risk identified in fraud escalated incidents
  • Managing resource allocation and cross-training

Requirements

  • 8+ years of industry-relevant experience
  • 5+ years of prior management experience
  • Proven leadership experience with moderate to large scope of responsibility
  • Strong analytical and statistical capabilities
  • Experience in developing and training both senior and junior resources
  • Prior fraud knowledge is strongly preferred
