About the position

As a Portfolio Manager at U.S. Bank, you will be responsible for driving new revenue and maintaining effective long-term relationships with third-party partners. This role involves outreach to ISO/MSP clients, strategic planning, and process improvement, alongside managing contract negotiations and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. Your decisions will have a significant operational impact on the business line, contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Drive new revenue through effective relationship management with third-party partners.
  • Conduct outreach to ISO/MSP clients to foster partnerships.
  • Engage in strategic and revenue planning and reviews.
  • Evaluate and improve processes and procedures continuously.
  • Manage contract negotiations and pricing of products within target rates.
  • Ensure compliance with company policy and regulatory requirements.
  • Exercise judgment to make decisions that positively impact operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Six to eight years of sales experience in the financial services industry.
  • One or more years of project management experience.
  • Ability to travel.
