About the position

Synergy Power Marketing is seeking motivated and results-driven individuals to join our team as In-Home Sales Consultants. This role involves delivering exceptional sales presentations and closing deals in the comfort of customers' homes, focusing on building relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Follow a Pre-Set & on call appointment schedule!
  • Conduct in-home sales presentations to showcase our products/services and explain their benefits.
  • Understand customers' needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Negotiate and close sales, striving to achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of our products/services, pricing, and promotions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and improve overall performance.
  • Update customer information and sales activities in the CRM system accurately and timely.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' offerings.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales or a related field, preferably in an in-home sales environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to deliver persuasive sales presentations and handle objections effectively.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and customer relationship management.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient computer skills, including working with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
