About the position

The Premium Insurance Auditor at The Audit Store, Inc. is responsible for conducting physical audits in the Kansas City area and performing remote audits from a home office for insureds located nationwide. This role requires a detail-oriented and self-motivated individual with strong communication skills to ensure accurate audit processes and reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct physical audits in the Kansas City and surrounding area.
  • Perform remote audits from a home office for insureds located anywhere in the country.
  • Report findings to the corporate office in Overland Park, KS.
  • Maintain organization and attention to detail throughout the auditing process.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 2 years of premium audit experience required.
  • 2 years of accounting experience required.
  • 2 years of experience with Microsoft Excel required.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong PC skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in premium auditing preferred.
