We are currently looking for a hardworking and motivated individual to join our restaurant team. The Prep Cook is responsible for assisting in the kitchen to prepare for catered events, including food preparation and maintenance of kitchen cleanliness. All work must remain within guidelines for health, sanitation, and safety. The Prep Cook prepares food that meets current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations by following established policies and procedures and ensures that safe and high-quality food service is provided at all times. The Prep Cook prepares all items needed for event, from chopping vegetables to making sauces and butchering meat, and may be asked to prepare items for another station or special event. This is a part-time, on-call position for an upscale catering business. Evenings, holidays, and weekends are a must. We are seeking those who are friendly, hardworking, professional, reliable, and passionate about great food and service.
