Pressure Washing Lead

Responsibilities

• Provide great customer service skills to the stores, admin, and all other vendors/donors.
• Operate all equipment used in pressure washing under the direction of the Janitorial Services Manager and the Pressure Washing Supervisor.
• Set up each scheduled job and perform manual work associated with all pressure washing activities.
• Ensure that all safety and quality policies are followed.
• Inspect all work prior to demobilizing and leaving a job site to ensure that all of the work has been completed.
• Load and unload equipment and supplies from trucks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Two years of verifiable work experience preferred.
• Ability to operate small engine driven equipment.
• Interpersonal knowledge, skills and abilities needed.
