Pricing Analyst

About the position

Join our dynamic team as a Billing and Pricing Specialist where you will play a crucial role in maintaining our company catalog, managing vendor rebates, and handling claim backs. This position offers a variety of tasks and the opportunity to work closely with our Pricing and Billing Manager on day-to-day operations and special projects. You will be instrumental in ensuring accurate billing and pricing, providing support in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage claim backs and vendor rebates.
• Maintain the company catalog and pricing.
• Research and address aged direct orders.
• Adhere to the rules and regulations as set forth in the Employee Handbook.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Proficiency in billing and pricing processes.
• Experience with managing invoices and resolving discrepancies.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel, including vlookups and pivot tables.
• 5+ years of experience in a corporate environment (Accounting, Office Management, AR, Billing, Accounting Specialist).
• High School Diploma or Associate's Degree.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Infor ERP system is a plus but not required.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse teams.
• Comfortable with a variety of tasks and adaptable to changing priorities.
