Requirements
- MD, DO, or MBBS degree
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Active, unrestricted medical license in Florida or has Florida application in process
- Valid DEA license or the ability to obtain prior to employment
Nice To Haves
- Experience or interest in managed care and Medicare Advantage populations
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) fluency
Responsibilities
- Spend more time with each patient in a value-based care model that prioritizes quality over volume.
- Collaborate within a team-based environment including Advanced Practice Clinicians, care coordinators, and population health support.
- Practice at the top of your license with strong organizational support.
- Contribute new practice ideas and initiatives.
- Provide high-quality, relationship-centered care.
