About the position

A Klamath Falls based client is seeking a motivated and compassionate primary care physician to join a collaborative, nonprofit outpatient practice. The role involves providing direct primary care and outpatient services to clinic patients, with a focus on evidence-based medicine and adult care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct primary care and ambulatory outpatient care to clinic patients
• Participate in the development of clinic protocols and procedures to ensure quality medical care
• Participate in utilization and peer review programs which evaluate the quality of the medical staff and medical services being performed at the clinics
• Provide supervision and consultation to physician assistants and nurse practitioners
• Provide consultation services to practitioners by telephone accessibility as necessary

Requirements

• OR medical license as an MD or DO
• Completion of an approved residency program
• Board certification in primary care OR DEA certificate before start date
• CPR certification
