About the position

The Principal Architect for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations at Long View Systems is a senior-level role focused on leading complex Dynamics 365 implementations. This position requires a blend of technical expertise and business acumen to define solution architecture and support various stakeholders in delivering innovative solutions that meet client needs. The role emphasizes collaboration, strategic initiative, and best practices in organizational change management.

Responsibilities

• Support Long View's Business Applications D365 Finance and Operations portfolio by working with customers and internal stakeholders to define customer solutions.
• Oversee design, architecture, and implementation of various Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations solution components.
• Qualify strategic business solutions leads and sales opportunities with Account Managers and Client Services Managers.
• Collaborate with Service Realization to bring unique products and capabilities to market.
• Keep abreast of relevant industry certifications and accreditations.

Requirements

• 10+ years of industry experience working with Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
• 5+ years of experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Proven skills in Dynamics 365 F&O presales and demos.
• Ability to communicate effectively to various audiences in written and oral formats.
• Proficiency in workshop facilitation.

Nice-to-haves

• Post-secondary education.
• Industry certifications such as Dynamics FastTrack, Microsoft MVP, and Enterprise Architecture (TOGAF, Zachman).
• Relevant Azure experience across IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS solutions.
